Pinni is a traditional North Indian energy bite made with nuts, ghee, flour, lentils and warming spices. It’s known for boosting strength, immunity, and energy - especially during winter and postpartum.

  • Are your products fresh?

Yes - all our pinnis and panjiri are made in small batches to ensure freshness, purity, and authentic taste. 

  • What is the shelf life of Pinni & Panjiri?

    Our handmade pinnis and panjiri are crafted using traditional methods and ingredients that naturally preserve freshness - such as ghee, nuts, seeds, and Ayurvedic herbs.

    • Shelf life: 2-3 months at room temperature

    Because we don’t use preservatives, stabilizers, or artificial binders, freshness is based entirely on pure, clean ingredients - just like they’re made in Indian homes.

  • How should I store my Pinni & Panjiri?

    To maintain optimal freshness, texture, and aroma:

    • Keep in an airtight container to protect from moisture.

    • Refrigerate if you prefer a firmer texture or live in a warmer climate.

    • Warm for 5–7 seconds in the microwave before eating, it enhances the flavor.

  • Do you use refined sugar?

    No. Our products are naturally sweetened with dates or jaggery.

  • What is Gondh?
    Gondh, also known as edible gum, is a traditional Ayurvedic ingredient derived from the Acacia tree.
    Scientific name: Acacia senegal (commonly known as gum arabic)

    Why gondh is so powerful:
